Dylan Calhoun is a Florida native, growing up in Palmetto Bay and attending school at Westminster Christian until fourth grade. Dylan and his sister were home-schooled by their mother until they attended small study groups alongside other home-schoolers in their high school days. During this time, they excelled in their studies and utilized their freedom to travel to Europe several times with their family. Dylan was raised on the water; on dozens of trips on the boat, traveling to the Florida Keys, deep sea fishing, and fishing in the Everglades. His love of Florida is deep and true. While in college at Florida Atlantic University (FAU), Dylan became a sports broadcaster for their major programs. He called games as the play-by-play announcer and color commentator for football, baseball, and basketball. Dylan also became the Public Address Announcer for FAU’s club hockey team; initially, the fans, players, and team management thought Dylan was a professional announcer due to his confident delivery and booming voice over the ice arena’s speakers. Dylan’s musical talents were enhanced once he met his friend, Sam Miller, at FAU in their Ensemble class. They put together a rock n roll performance at the end of the year and have since continued collaborating, writing original music available on all platforms.
Dylan has the ability to befriend just about anyone, a valuable trait he’s utilized during his time as a Realtor. His talents allow him to communicate with confidence, perform under pressure, and improvise when necessary. Dylan truly loves working as a Realtor and wants all of his clients to feel like they’ve won in their transactions. His genuine personality and no-pressure approach puts people at ease knowing they’re speaking to a human, not a cut-and-paste salesperson.
