Erika Collins, born and raised in Ithaca, NY is proud to now call Miami, home.  Growing up, real estate was the commerce that ran her family.  Her Dad, was a Navy Veteran, Carpenter, and Property Manager at Cornell University, and her Mom was a Zoning Inspector.  She caught the bug for real estate early, building her own home by the age of 23.  After obtaining her bachelor’s in international business management,  she went on to Florida International University for her Master's in International Real Estate.   Erika loves the research of real estate, from finding a property that's a great fit for a client, working up a market analysis, or finding your next investment opportunity.   

A little fun fact about Erika, she LOVES the outdoors.  When she’s not working, you can catch her Scuba diving, paddle boarding, or hiking somewhere on this beautiful planet.
