Graduating from UMASS in Amherst, MA, Juan entered into a career in sales in the hospitality industry. As a leader for 30+ years, Juan led sales and marketing teams for large convention hotels with Marriott, Omni, Renaissance, and Hilton. Able to assimilate and adapt to a variety of new and challenging markets across the U.S., Juan developed his core strengths to include rapid immersion, developing new relationships, managing through change, and relevant communication. He uses these same strengths, along with a hospitality industry approach to customer service, to help customers navigate through the current, and evolving, real estate market.
Juan enjoys traveling, biking, hiking, reading, and cooking.
