Kevin was born and raised in rural North Carolina close to both Charlotte and the Blue Ridge Parkway. After graduating college in Business, he worked in beverage sales while investing in houses.

Over the past 10 years, he’s been helping both friends, and clients realize their homeowner dreams, especially when they didn’t think it possible.
