Latasha was born and raised in Jacksonville Florida. She recently moved to Fort Lauderdale to join the real estate field after spending over 23 years in the mortgage industry. She is a licensed Florida Loan Originator, an experienced Loan Processor,  and has owned her own Foreclosure Prevention company. This sets her apart from others in the industry because it gives her the ability to educate, research, problem-solve, and execute strategies that have helped her close more deals faster. Latasha is well-known in the community for her exceptional customer service and strong work ethic. In 2021, she was awarded the customer excellence award because she exemplified the highest level of care and support for every client.
