Zedell was born in Oregon and raised in Washington State. During his tenure in the Pacific Northwest, he graduated from high school and college. His college education was in Accounting and Business Administration. In 1984, he started his career in Banking as an Assistant Auditor and at his time of resignation in 1996, he was Assistant Vice President - Asset/Liability Management. His entrepreneurship began in 1994 when he opened and operated Audio Dimension, a successful audio/video company specializing in Commercial, Home, and Car audio/video sales and installation until 2013. During this time, he also began investing in real estate which caused him to develop a deep passion for real estate.
It was in 2008 when Zedell expanded on his passion and became a general contractor started a construction company, and began building new residential homes and performing light commercial renovations. Today, he still owns and operates a construction company in Washington and has a branch office in Florida. Zedell has gained great knowledge and experience in new construction as well as land development over the past 15 years. In 2013, he became a licensed real estate agent in Washington and most recently a licensed real estate broker in Florida. Zedell enjoys helping clients bring their real estate dreams into reality. His understanding of building codes and the construction industry gives him an edge in ensuring that his clients will receive what they are expecting when purchasing a home in the early construction phase. Zedell is experienced in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. His track record demonstrates that he is ready to serve all clients, regardless of their socioeconomic status. No transaction is too big or too small, great things sometimes have small beginnings.
During his spare time, he enjoys reading books spending time with his wife and family, and building memories with close friends. Since 2019, he has developed an appreciation for international travel.
