Seeking an IT Specialist for a variety of IT projects, including integrating various 3rd party applications, supporting users within a small organization, improving workflow efficiency leveraging third-party applications, system reporting, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proficient with advanced Google Sheets and MS Excel formulas
  • Integrate systems using 3rd party tools (i.e. Zapier)
  • Automate workflows and improve efficiency within organization operations
  • Build Google Sheets reports from multiple data sources
  • Implement new systems to improve tracking and efficiency
  • General IT support for employees and network

Position Requirements:

  • Experience with GSuite products
  • Experience with Microsoft and Apple technologies
  • Experience with Zapier a plus
  • Knowledge of networking
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills in a multi-tasking environment
  • Clear communication skills (to client, team, and management)
  • Ability to prioritize workload each day
