The Real Estate Consultant will be the key team member to implement our clients on our software platform, Laurie Finkelstein Reader Real Estate, related to the core/foundational aspect of our product. This person will need to have in depth product knowledge to consult with clients on how to best implement & configure this part of our product.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: in depth product knowledge, consultative and management skills towards successful business outcomes and successful implementation of software modules and assist and support others in the achievement of Laurie Finkelstein Reader Real Estate and/or department’s goals.
The real estate consultants give the key advice on how to best configure the system, set up specific scenarios, work through challenges and issues with customer stakeholders. In many respects, they’re a customer’s first “trusted advisor”. There are no supervisory responsibilities.
The Real Estate Consultant is expected to:
Have an extensive understanding of the foundational/core aspects of our product and how this relates to the overall customer needs of multiple, concurrent implementations
Be involved in the implementation of our clients and must be able to understand and communicate complex issues
Have the ability to work effectively in cross functional teams in order to help implement reporting process improvements
Demonstrate critical analytical skills and recommend improvements
Have communication skills which include the ability to understand and convert complex matters into simple and easy to understand terms for others
Coordinate with Accounting consultants to ensure system is properly configured/optimized to successfully implement the FASB 842 module and achieve compliance with the new accounting guidance.
Coordinate with Project Managers to provide subject matter expertise on customer calls, meetings, etc.
Keep notes on key customer interactions (phone calls, meetings, etc) so as to maintain continuity of thought and guidance throughout each implementation.
